This all-natural 8oz honeycomb is built by the bees right inside this dish. It is not touched or altered in any way before coming straight to you! Add to your charcuterie board, spread on bread, or stir into tea. The wax is safe to eat or chew it like gum!
These were foraged in Galloway, NJ during the first part of the summer, then finished at Timberline Farms in Hammonton, NJ.
Ways to enjoy:
- Straight from the packaging - peel off the label and remove ONE of the covers to eat the comb directly from the packaging. The solid white rings do not get removed. Then you put the cover back on for later use.
- Cut into slices - peel off the label and remove BOTH of the covers. Using a sharp knife, cut the comb around the rings to free the comb and slice into desired sized pieces.
