Vintage 2025 is here!
If the Pine Barrens had a taste, this would be it.
Sweet, citrusy and woodsy. Resinous, but honey-like, this Pinecone Syrup is literally the Pine Barrens in a bottle.
Also known as Mugolio, the syrup was born in the Italian Alps from the Mugo Pine. Young cones are collected in the spring and packed in sugar. Over time, there's a slow transformation into a bright, resinous syrup with notes of forest, honey, and earth.
An old-world tradition, adapted for the Pine Barrens, captured one season at a time. It won’t taste like last year’s, nor next year's. It’s deeply aromatic, woodsy and of course, piney.
Drizzle on sweets and cheeses. Stir into drinks and creamy pasta dishes, but don’t waste it on a pancake.
An immune-booster too, a spoonful would be helpful for easing coughs and aiding digestion.

Delicate and warm perfect for adding to your tea, toast, cheese plate, fruit and flavoring a batter.
Another winner from the Pine Barrens. Love their originality. Good to support a small local business. Keep up the good work!
I grilled some boneless chicken breast with savory herb seasoning. Just before serving, I drizzled the slightest bit of this over the meat. YUM!
The Pine Barrens is the place my heart is happiest, and this extract is just amazing. Been trying it out on various foods - so far its been best as a mango sorbet topping.
My favorite. Last year was the first time I tried mugolio and I absolutely love it. I ordered more this year.
